Revision to 2nd week post

This is the version after all the student and mentor critiques were taken into account. Not much was changed. Mainly the tilt of the head, the position of the right arm was moved to strengthen the silhouette and the left leg was tweaked a little.

1st Version of 2nd Week pose

I forgot to put this up when I first did it. This is the 1st pose we did with our "Stu" character.

Excitement (with costume)

I'm not sure if I like how the arms are posed but. I modeled the dress all by myself. Not bad for 15 mins.

Final heavy/light animation...I hope

And here's the 2nd version added with rotation and some timing changes (thanks to my classmates for the feedback).

Current Bouncing Ball - Before Feedback

Here's the 1st version. I got a lot of good feedback and I'm just going to wait a little longer to see if I can get some more before I start fixing. So far all the comments are of the same vein so it should be easy to fix.

Here it goes...a newer/better version should be coming soon

Animation to watch

I just watched "The Jungle Book". That's some good stuff. I've noticed that they recycle some animation (the snake charming parts, and little things here and there) but it doesn't diminish the movie as a whole. I'm still amazed at the fluidity and character that animators packed in there. There's no character that could move like any of the others. They all have there distinct movements and attitudes.

I'm rewatching a lot of that old stuff. It's all part of keeping my batteries charged and reveling in the artistry of the classics
